Hit the big 3-0 over a week ago...Took pain reliever on more than one night before going to bed since then.
Perhaps I need to convince myself that I am 29 again and maybe the body will be fooled.

Dear Whitney,
I just found out why I missed your birthday date. When Carol gave me the list of all the birthdays so I could put them in a date book, I entered them in a 2009 calendar, and it came up on a Monday, so it was in fact the correct date but the wrong day of the week this year. Duh!

I had to laugh about you turning 30 and needing Tylenol since then. Compared to me you're a baby so I assume you're taking Children's Tylenol? :-) Seriously, Happy Birthday!!!! I hope you had a wonderful day.
My husband tells me this is true, I still have 2 years, I just turned 28 but he hit the big 30 last year and says that he is way more sore now and blames it on being over 30, I take a lot of tylonol, excedrin and such now I don't what I'll take if it gets worse :D
ohhh to be soo young again!! I'll be 40 this year...booo hooo hoo.
