Happy Resurrection Day!

Surely he has borne our griefs and carried our sorrows;yet we esteemed him stricken, smitten by God, and afflicted. But he was wounded for our transgressions; he was crushed for our iniquities; upon him was the chastisement that brought us peace, and with his stripes we are healed. Isaiah 53: 4-5

He has risen; He is not here; behold, here is the place where they laid Him. Mark 16:6b

We enjoyed family time over this last weekend as we remembered the work that Jesus did on the cross for our sins. I pray that you were equally blessed!

Ellie going after eggsNoah was so cold yesterday as we hunted eggs with our neighbors. It snowed off and on all day!

This one was too funny not to post

Have I mentioned that it is hard to get all four kids looking and smiling at the same time?!

Excited over Easter baskets

Ellie discoved that when you throw the eggs on the ground the candy spills out of it.

At church...only time we can catch Daniel for a picture on a Sunday

Decorating cookies for the first time

Light sabers are a new addition to our family. Did you also know they can be used as guitars? Ellie is playing the African drum Papa brought from his recent mission trip there.

if you think about it, you've gone from only being able to get 66% of your children smiling in any given photograph to 75%! That's a step in the right direction
