AHHH!!

Doing the last minute scrambling around to get ready! Daniel has been such a trooper to deal with the emotional roller coaster I have been on. :) The hotel advertises that they have internet, so we will try to post. So if the Father wills,

NEXT POST FROM GUATEMALA!!!

How grand of God to time things perfectly! How the wait has knit our hearts with Ellie! How much we already treasure her, love made deeper through the wait! I pray for your safety traveling to and from, and for God to open the doors for you, to make your paths smooth. I wish we could be there for the first debrief! Love you all!

We prayed for you at dinner tonight, as we often do. It's been neat to review the progression of our prayers... from a thankfulness for your referral of Ellie, to prayer over your visit to EN,to a fervent petition for your paperwork to get through PGN, to tonight's prayer for your "Last Supper" as a family of 4. And our prayer will change tomorrow as you meet Ellie and bond with her in Guatemala City- we are so excited for you! What a beautiful journey to your precious daughter. You have been a wonderful example as you've waited on the Lord for His plan to unfold. It has been a joy to experience it alongside you- and now the next part of the journey is just beginning!

With love and thanksgiving,

Lisa & Eric

What a joy to follow your steps and that of the Armstrongs. God is doing an amazing work in our church and you and Ellie are a part of it! We rejoice in you week of "lasts". In several weeks you will not even be able to remember what life was like without her. Please keep us posted. Even if Daniel has to walk two hours to a cyber cafe! God bless. Monica
